Trip to Cornell

My niece, Nicole, invited us to the open house, at Cornell University, when she was studying veterinarian medicine. It was quite entertaining for the whole family.

No, cows don't have 4 stomachs, they have 1 stomach, with 4 chambers... big chambers. The pic is Nicole and Ryan. The pic doesn't show the disgusted look on Ryan's face.

Meet Betsy, She is a therapeutic cow. when cows get sick their stomachs stop producing bacteria, so......

They reach into healthy "Betsy", grab

some of that brown stuff/bacteria, and give it to

the sick cow. Aren't you glad your not a cow?

Nicole and her sister Sheri, lived on this farm for the 4 years that Nicole was in school. they have many fond memories of the farm, and the time they spent there.

Blog virgins no more

Thought a blog would be a great way to share our family pics, ideas and thoughts. Sure beats forcing you to watch a two hour slide show, Don't it?

This pic was taken at Camp Berea, a camp at Newfound lake, Ryan and Tyler go for a week each year. They have a blast, and so do we.

Just some of Brenda's handy camera work. Pic taken when we went fishing, I was catching some massive fish. Are any pics taken of me and my 4lb bass? No, Just flowers and sunsets!

8:00 at night, and there is still sun in the sky
